Stellenbosch Football Club is a Dstv Premiership team playing out of Stellenbosch in the Winelands of the Western Cape. Formed in 2016 when football club Vasco da Gama FC relocated from Parow to the Stellenbosch Academy of Excellence and changed their name to Stellenbosch FC, Stellies gained entry into the PSL in 2019 and have been popular contenders ever since.

Stellenbosch have three ‘home grounds’: Coetzenburg Stadium, Danie Craven Stadium and Idas Valley Stadium – all in the Stellenbosch area and part of the Stellenbosch University sports facilities. The Danie Craven Stadium is currently being used for Dstv Premiership games while Idas Valley Stadium is used for Dstv Diski matches.
